Hammer Union Fig 1002 - 10,000 PSI CWP, Forged
Fig 1002 is rated at 10,000 PSI CWP and serves high-pressure service lines: standpipe and discharge lines on fracturing spreads, test pumps, and high-pressure transfer duties where the 6,000 PSI figures are not enough. Duties at this level leave little margin, so the seal material and thread form are confirmed against the line conditions before production. The body is forged.
